Staff was pleasant and helpful; Room was good sized, clean, comfortable, and with good amenities. Exercise room, hot tub, and swimming pool was excellent.

There was no shuttle service to or from the airport. We had to make special arrangements which cost $60 one way.

It was well priced. Everything seemed great, accommodating staff, luxurious rooms. The room with a fireplace. Location: the hotel was next to Buffalo's downtown and the Canalside area and Niagara Falls, and shops and restaurants.

perfect stay for weekend explorers with parks nearby

I loved that we were just a short stroll from Knox Farm State Park where we enjoyed beautiful walking trails, and the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel made our stay nice, especially with the friendly staff available 24/7 for coffee and snacks.

Great stay with fam

We had a nice 2-night stay. The place seemed like home, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was a plus! The room was clean & comfy too. We enjoyed using the picnic area outside. Just wish there were more options for snacks in the snack bar.

Couples find it cozy

The staff was friendly, like they were personally invested in our stay. I loved how they had warm chocolate chip cookies waiting for us at night, such a simple but nice touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.
